PROCESS:Traditional wine making fermented at 24o C and a 8 day maceration in temperature controlled stainless steel deposits. After the malolactic fermentation both varieties are blended.
顏色:紅色,紫色圍邊 (年輕)
香味:櫻桃香味為主 (Tempranillo特色)
味道:帶甜、櫻桃味、新鮮、低單寧
TASTING
Palate: Smooth and well balanced, whose freshness and sweet tannins provide a remarkable complexity.
